My two ladies from Friendly Bears come twice a month. They are indeed very friendly and do a thorough job which leaves my home looking very clean. I don’t always need the same things doing each time but they are very accommodating and will do whatever I need. The main lady speaks English which is really good as in the past with other cleaning services there has been a mis-communication at times which was a bit frustrating. At times either they or I need to change the date they come but that is easily sorted by Alana (the owner) So all in all I would thoroughly recommend them
