Clients are asked to provide an exhaustive list of jobs for the cleaners. We make sure that the cleaners are informed about clients’ specific requirements. Most cleaners work in teams of 2. It means the job is done twice as quicker.

Customers can choose to have the same cleaning routine each visit. However, you are always welcome to make any relevant changes. Another option is to split the house into 2 halves. One visit the cleaners can work downstairs, the next visit upstairs.

We usually advise customers to spend some time tidying before the scheduled visit. This will enable the team to devote their time to cleaning and give the customer best value for their money.

We do not sign long term contracts. Nowadays, people’s circumstances change quickly. Therefore, if you need to leave us, all we ask for is a 4 weeks’ notice.

Our company provides a tailor-made service to suit everyone’s requirements. We have established a special system for new clients and it is called ‘’Trial visit’’. You can book a cleaner for a certain number of hours. During the stay the girl will perform at her best. Afterwards, she will recommend a further plan of action. The client can choose from a few options to continue receiving a high standard service.

At Friendly Bears we appreciate the importance of having the same person each cleaning visit. The cleaner will be fully familiar with your property and dedicated requirements. This helps maintaining high quality service each time. Building a strong relationship between clients and workers is one of our main priorities.

Our lovely ladies are simply human beings. They need a deserved break every now and then. Therefore, we provide cover when someone is on holiday or sick. It is up to the client to accept a replacement cleaner.
