I was blown away by the quality and efficiency of the work. The two ladies went above and beyond and I am thrilled by the results. Not only did they clean the flat to an excellent standard but sorted and tidied areas I hadn’t even considered to ask for. I would certainly recommend this business!

Work was very good, but only stayed for 3 hours (2 ladies) and was told we would have a minimum of 4. Also turned up late, and received no half hour pre arrival text as prearranged.

Cleaning of my parent’s flat
The cleaning team from Friendly Bears have done a really good job in keeping my parent’s flat clean. They are cheerful and friendly towards my very elderly parents and the quality of their work is excellent. I cannot recommend the team from Friendly Bears highly enough.

Home cleaning every other week
My two ladies from Friendly Bears come twice a month. They are indeed very friendly and do a thorough job which leaves my home looking very clean. I don’t always need the same things doing each time but they are very accommodating and will do whatever I need. The main lady speaks English which is really good as in the past with other cleaning services there has been a mis-communication at times which was a bit frustrating. At times either they or I need to change the date they come but that is easily sorted by Alana (the owner) So all in all I would thoroughly recommend them

Bi-weekly house cleaning service
We have used Friendly Bears for over 9 years and they have always performed an excellent job. The Managers have attention to detail and teach the workforce to treat the premises as a home which mean they are thorough and considerate.
