Payment
The amounts payable by the customer to the company and directly to the Consultant shall be set out in the billing letter.
Payment to the company shall be made by way of a monthly advanced payment (Standing Order) or a bank transfer, or cash at a rate set out in the billing letter (send via email).
Responsibility for all payments to the cleaners shall at all times remain with the customer. All payments to the cleaner shall be made on the day in cash or bank transfer when services are performed by the cleaner.
Insurance
The Company has relevant Public Liability in place to protect the clients. Every cleaner has a separate insurance policy for further peace of mind.
