Clients are asked to provide an exhaustive list of jobs for the cleaners. We make sure that the cleaners are informed about clients’ specific requirements. Most cleaners work in teams of 2. It means the job is done twice as quicker.
Customers can choose to have the same cleaning routine each visit. However, you are always welcome to make any relevant changes. Another option is to split the house into 2 halves. One visit the cleaners can work downstairs, the next visit upstairs.
We usually advise customers to spend some time tidying before the scheduled visit. This will enable the team to devote their time to cleaning and give the customer best value for their money.

Our lovely ladies are simply human beings. They need a deserved break every now and then. Therefore, we provide cover when someone is on holiday or sick. It is up to the client to accept a replacement cleaner.
